Our loft is located in a lovely converted factory. It boasts a stunning 20ft ceiling in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with W/D, bedroom and den. It comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a twin that expands to a king in the den. You cannot beat the location! It is next to the 126 NYC bus stop and ferry. It is also next to Washington St. (which is full of restaurants and shops) and across a grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and cafes.

Guests enjoy the apartment to themselves. The apartment is best suited for family and close friends as the bedroom and den are not separated by a door.
